We as Americans are blessed with the freedom that we have, to do as we choose. This can be our biggest crutch because with our freedom we choose to serve ourselves, and this becomes a cancer which suffocates our ability to love one another. Most global gyms will work on the outer appearance of the athlete…but at Fit 2 Serve we will look at the inner strength as well as the outer strength. We will use the God-given gifts that we have been given as athletes to serve our community and others who need our support. Now having a purpose this will produce greatness in ways that you would never imagine. This will start the transformation of your mind, body, and soul!

At Fit 2 Serve we are a firm believer that Without a Goal, Discipline is Self Punishment

So when you are working for something that is unseen (a Goal). Your daily actions towards that goal may be self-punishment for someone else who does not have a goal….but for you it is like brushing your teeth. you know that you have to do it daily.

Humility - We believe one of the hardest and the most important pieces of our Faith & Fitness walk is Humility, after accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior is Humility.

This was demonstrated perfectly when Jesus washed the disciples feet, leaving them a great example of what to do after He would go to the Cross! God loves when we have that servants heart that is filled with humility!

Proverbs 3:34 Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble.

Mobility - We believe its really easy to hear 👂 God’s word from many great Pastors, but when we apply it and get up and do it even when it doesn’t make sense. thats when you will find your mobility improving. If you want to be strong 💪🏼 physically & spiritually for the Lord you must be mobile. Are you ready to do the things that may not look attractive to the world 🌍?

Let us not be deceived by the world, with their shiny ✨ objects!

Endurance - We believe real change and transformation takes place over a consistent and steady walk with Jesus. The adversity that we have the opportunity to walk through helps us to build endurance. This Christian walk is not about how quick you can do great things for self, but its how much endurance we have to run the race that’s set before you!

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

Love - We believe that the Agape love that Unconditional love that Jesus showed to everyone, even His enemies is the Love that we are to have for one another!

This is how we are to show the world 🌍 we are ambassadors of Christ!
